1. Return Policy
As all our products are classified as food items (Baked goods, maamoul, mini cakes, desserts), and in compliance with health and safety regulations, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the order has been received.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or unsafe for consumption.

The customer receives a product different from the original order.
2. Return Method
If an issue qualifies for return (damage or incorrect product), customers may choose one of the following options:

Contact us to arrange a return via mail or courier, at our expense.
3. Return Fees

No restocking fees apply.

If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product), cacao Store will cover all shipping and return costs.

If the product is correct, safe, and matches the order, the customer is not eligible for a return or exchange.
4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned product is received and reviewed, in eligible cases only.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
